Wedding Childrens Wear
Children can make wonderful wedding attendants. With girls in beautiful flower girl dresses and  boys proudly parading in their pageboy outfits. Flower girls are normally aged between 2-12 years, older than 12 years of age they would be given the role of bridesmaid.

Flower girl dresses were traditionally white or ivory in colour with a full skirt. There would be a coloured organza sash which was tied around the back in the shape of a bow. The sash colour would coordinate with the wedding bouquet and the grooms tie/cravat. However flower girl dresses have seen many changes over the years, although the general look and shape may still be the same the range of colours has grown considerably in number, with dresses displaying flower prints and flowers attached to the sashes which help to create a fairytale look. The use of different materials such as sequins, pearls, crystals and beads in the designing of  flower girl dresses now adds that touch of sparkle which little girls love.

Page boys tend to be between the age 5 and 10. Their outfits are normally a miniature version of the grooms outfit. Depending on the weather young male attendants may choose not to wear a jacket but rather a classic waistcoat either with a scroll, paisley or brocade pattern, along with a matching plain cravat. With the look completed with black elasticated trousers.

When you buy a flower girl or page boy outfit its important to try and purchase the outfit as close to the wedding date as possible due to children still growing. If however you plan to purchase an outfit  sometime before the wedding ensure you measure the height of the child and then add an additional 0.5cms for each month until the wedding, in order to determine how tall they will be on the date of your wedding and therefore the correct size outfit they will need.
